Online Therapy
Telephone Therapy
If you prefer to speak from the comfort of your own space, online counselling may be the best option for you.
I offer flexible, secure and confidential video sessions, so you don’t have to travel — show up as you are. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of someone to talk to, online therapy offers flexibility and genuine connection, wherever you are.
Sometimes, it’s easier to talk without being seen.
Telephone counselling offers the same level of care and connection, allowing you to speak freely, without the pressure of a screen. You can talk from where you feel safe. All you need is a quiet space and a phone — I’ll be right there on the other end.

Face to Face Therapy
Sometimes, being in the same room makes all the difference.
I offer in-person counselling in Northumberland, providing a quiet, welcoming space where you can take time for yourself, away from the noise and demands of daily life. These sessions offer a sense of presence, safety, and connection that can feel grounding and supportive.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or know it’s time to talk, face-to-face counselling creates space to explore what matters to you, without pressure, and always at your own pace.
Our therapy rooms are calm, confidential, and thoughtfully set up to support whatever you bring.

Walk & Talk Therapy
Nature has a way of helping us feel grounded.
Walk &Talk therapy combines movement with conversation, outdoors in the Northumberland countryside. I walk at your pace, side by side, while we talk about whatever you would like to share. It can feel lighter than sitting in a room and is especially helpful if you feel stuck, restless, or disconnected.
(Weather dependent and by prior agreement.)
